Registration for Bond County Community Unit #2 elementary and high school students will be held Tuesday, August 4 through Monday, August 10.
All students in kindergarten, sixth, and ninth grades must present evidence of a completed physical and immunizations. All students in kindergarten, second, and sixth grades must present evidence of a dental exam. Kindergarten students are required to have a vision screening from an optometrist. There is a new immunization requirement this year for incoming seniors to be vaccinated for meningitis.
New students must provide a birth certificate. New students moving from out of state need a physical, up- to-date immunizations, and an eye exam.
Greenville Elementary and Greenville Junior High students register Tuesday, August 4 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Wednesday, August 5 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Registration for Greenville High School students will be Wednesday, August 5 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Thursday, August 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. High School registration for new students to the district will begin on August 7th. Call 664-1370 to schedule an appointment.
Pocahontas students may register Thursday, August 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sorento students sign up from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10.
Book and supply fees for kindergarten through eighth grade are $75. Fees for high school students are $100. Parking fees are $30. Junior high athletic fees are $50 per sport with a $250 max per family. High school athletic fees are $100 per sport with a $500 max per family.
