Greenville Police Department July Activity Report

The Greenville Police Department July Activity Report includes one battery case, two residential burglaries, one theft from a motor vehicle, one report of shoplifting, one forgery, and two incidents of criminal damage to property.

There were three offenses involving juveniles and four incidents involving possession or delivery of illegal drugs.

Officers wrote nine citations for uninsured motorist violations, one for driving under the influence, and five for illegal transportation or possession of alcohol.

There were five driver’s license violations, 12 speeding tickets, and ten seat belt infractions.

Greenville Police made 50 traffic arrests and 31 criminal arrests. They responded to eleven non-injury traffic accidents.

Local fire district personnel responded to 105 calls.
