A Mulberry Grove man fell to his death while working on a house Tuesday afternoon.
67 James Hickman was working about 28 feet above a concrete patio when he lost his balance and fell. Hickman was working at a friends home installing wrap to the exterior of the structure when he fell approximately 28 feet to a concrete patio. The accident occurred when Hickman was standing on a step ladder placed on top of the scaffolding and lost his balance. The incident will be ruled an accident by the Fayette Coroner.
Hickman was pronounced dead at the scene, and the accident remains under investigation.
