UPDATED: Boil Order For Area South Of Greenville LIFTED

UPDATE: The City of Greenville lifted this boil order at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, September 30.

Due to a water leak, the Greenville Public Water Supply Service issued a boil order beginning at 11:00 p.m. Monday which will remain in effect until further notice.

The boil order is for the east and west sides of State Rt. 127 from Bowman Drive south to Lu-Bob’s Restaurant, and 1300, 1310, and 1450 City Rt. 40.

Businesses affected by the boil order include McDonald’s, Huddle House, CC Food Mart, Chang’s, Super 8, KFC/Taco Bell, Dominos Pizza, Jumpin Jimmy’s, Tobacco Unlimited, Purvi Hospitality, Lu-Bob’s, the First National Bank, Dr. Matt McCullough, and LTD Automotive.
