The Greenville Pilots Association is once again sponsoring the Open House and Airstravaganza at Greenville Airport Saturday.
Association President Larry Frey told WGEL the fun event will start at 9:00 a.m. and run until 4:00 p.m. A number of planes will be on display and the formation team, the Texas Twisters, will put on a show.

Admission is free, but a parking donation will be appreciated. Pilots will be in attendance to talk about aviation, and rides will be available in the airport’s Cessna 172 and 150 airplanes.
Greenville Airport is located on Illinois Route 127, about five miles south of Greenville.
