At the Greenville Bicentennial Celebration, the bicentennial cake was unveiled on the First National Bank Family Fun Area stage. The cake was previously the St. Louis Cardinals themed St. Louis birthday cake, which was displayed at the Greenville Public Library. It was redecorated to celebrate Greenville by art students at Greenville High School. The unveiling of the cake was attended by members of the Bicentennial Committee, Mayor Alan Gaffner, First National Bank officials, and Bond County Fair Queen Kayley Woker and Junior Miss Brianna Ulmer. Sweetest Things served bicentennial cupcakes as part of the festivities.
