Body Of Hillsboro Man Found On Railroad Tracks

At 7:43 p.m. Sunday, October 4 the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from the Union Pacific Railroad, reporting that a pedestrian had been hit by a train.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Taylor Springs Fire Department and the Hillsboro Area Ambulance Service responded to a rural area near Miller Branch Trail south of Hillsboro.

36 year old Adam W. Hindle, of Hillsboro, was located deceased at the scene.

According to Montgomery County Undersheriff Rick Robbins, evidence at the scene indicted that Hindle was laying on the rail road tracks. There was no evidence indicating any criminal acts that caused the death. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Montgomery County Coroner’s Office are investigating the incident.
