Kaskaskia College Board Approves Pedestrian Bridge Project

At their recent meeting, the Kaskaskia College Board of Trustees approved improvements to the pedestrian bridge between the library and admissions building on the main campus. The bridge has been closed since the start of the school year and will remain closed during the replacement work.

They accepted a bid of $90,785.00 from KRB Excavation, Inc. of Trenton to replace the deck on the second floor bridge and the lighting on the lower level.

The project is funded by Protection, Health, and Safety tax levy funds.
