The Bond County Board met in regular session this week and approved four county aid projects for the Bond County Highway Department. The amounts ranged from $3,500 to $16,000 and include two projects for Pleasant Mound Township on Conoco Road, one in LaGrange Township on East Lake Drive, and one for the county on Mulberry Grove Road.
The board approved the 2015-2016 holiday schedule and voted to change dental, vision, and life insurance providers. The group will contract with the Principal for a savings to the county.
Following an executive session, the board continued work on the county’s 2016 budget.
