Greenville Police Department October Report

The Greenville Police Department October activity report shows one battery case, one theft of items valued at less than $500.00, and three incidents of criminal damage to property.

There were two cases of criminal trespass, one offense involving juveniles, and four incidents of possession or delivery of illegal drugs.

Officers issued ten traffic citations for no insurance, two for illegal transportation or possession of alcohol, and eight for driver’s license infractions. Police wrote 14 speeding tickets and two seat belt violations.

There were 42 traffic arrests, 16 criminal arrests, and one arrest for an ordinance violation.

Officers responded to five traffic accidents, one with injuries.

Area fire district personnel responded to 72 calls.
