Bond County Coroner 2015 Statistical Report


Bond County Coroner Tony Brooks has released the 2015 Annual Report for his office.

According to the report, the Bond County Coroner’s office handled 46 cases of which 30 were deaths from natural causes, 12 were accidental, and four were suicides.

The coroner performed seven autopsies and requested toxicology reports for 17 cases.

The coroner attended 91 hours of continuing education and the deputy coroner had 56 hours of firearms and bloodborne pathogens training.
