Eagle Watch Event At Carlyle Lake

The US Army Corps of Engineers and the Case-Halstead Library in Carlyle are hosting an Eagle Watch Saturday, February 13, from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., at the library.

At 10:00 and noon, the World Bird Sanctuary will present “All About Eagles” and will bring a live bald eagle to demonstrate the majestic flight and nature of this beautiful bird.

Maps of viewing locations around the lake will be available and park Rangers will be at these locations to assist and answer questions.

Bring binoculars and dress for the weather.
