Construction continues at a fast pace at the Windsor Homes Development on the east end of College Avenue in Greenville.
Mike Niehaus, President of Windsor Homes, said the weather has been very good for construction. Five homes are currently ready for occupancy and five more will be ready in January. If the weather continues to cooperate, five should be ready next month. Niehaus said there are enough foundations in to hopefully prepare five homes per month until the project is complete. He pointed out that many subcontractors are from the Greenville area and many of the materials used in the development were purchased in the Greenville area.
