Keyesport Firefighters Recognized

Asst. Chief Mark Schmitt, recognized for 25 years of service, and Chad Vohlken, recognized for 5 years of service.

The Keyesport Fire Protection District held their annual meeting recently. The department responded to a total of 146 calls in 2015. Firefighter Jim Edwards was recognized with the First Responder and Firefighter of the Year Award for making 105 of those calls.

Firefighter Chad Vohlken was recognized for five years of service. Assistant Chief Mark Schmitt was recognized for 25 years of service.
