The Greenville City Council has entered into a real estate listing agreement with the firm of Barber Murphy to market property in the Howard Wolf Industrial Park.
City Manager Dave Willey told WGEL the city has been marketing the property for a long time, looking for more leads. Willey said the number of leads that the city has received from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and other entities has “diminished considerably over the last couple of years”.
