Leaf Vacuuming Ending For Spring

The city of Greenville’s spring leaf vacuuming program ends Friday.

The final Friday route is an area bounded by the east city limits, College Avenue to the north, Elm Street to the West, and Ridge and Harris Avenues to the south.

Bill Grider, city superintendent of public works, said residents can place bagged leaves along the curb, through the rest of April, and a city crew will pick them up.
