Crosswalk Signs

If you were driving through Greenville Wednesday morning you may have noticed orange Illinois Department of Transportation trucks and employees along Third Street, which is also Illinois Rt. 127.

They were erecting bright, yellow pedestrian crossing signs where crosswalk lines had recently been painted. Yellow arrow signs were also put up, pointing to the crosswalks.

This was an IDOT project since the crosswalks are on a state route.
