Update On ISP Manhunt

Dracy “Clint” Pendleton

Illinois State Police are providing updates concerning the ongoing search for Dracy “Clint” Pendleton, the man allegedly involved in a shootout with a state police officer in Mahomet, IL recently.

Pendleton was last seen Monday, May 10 at approximately 9:15 A.M. wearing a black shirt, camouflage pants, and boots. He has reportedly shaved his beard and trimmed his hair since the last photo of him was circulated.

Pendleton has sustained a possible gunshot wound to his neck from the incident in Champaign County. He has also been reported as having a prior unrelated knee injury that would possibly cause him to walk with a limp.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations is offering a Reward for information that directly leads to the identification and apprehension of the subject, Dracy “Clint” Pendelton. The reward is in the amount of up to $10,000. Persons with information can contact the Illinois State Police at (618) 542-1483.

Champaign County Crime Stoppers is also offering up to $1,000 for information that directly leads to the identification and apprehension of the subject, Dracy “Clint” Pendelton. Persons should call (866) 765-8327 to provide information.

The ISP is seeking a peaceful resolution to this situation and sincerely hope Pendleton will turn himself in without incident.
