An Alton man charged in connection with the March 2015 death of a Murray Developmental Center resident in Centralia will have a jury trial.
Christopher Duguay, age 25, has pled not guilty to two counts of felony criminal neglect of a long-term care facility resident. The trial is scheduled for October 11th in Clinton County Circuit Court.
Duguay was an employee at Murray Center when Todd Clementz, who was blind and mentally disabled, died on March 30th, 2015. Its alleged Duguay caused shower water to go into Clementz’s mouth and throat, leading to the victim choking on food and water and leading to his death.
