Several personnel items were approved by the Bond County Community Unit 2 School Board at Monday night’s meeting.
Jalyn Huber was hired as the tutoring coordinator, study hall supervisor and library clerk at the high school.
The resignations of Scott Esker as a junior high math teacher and Shane Sayler as assistant boys’ soccer coach were accepted.
Tamara Hoffman and Keri Miller were hired as Kindergarten Readiness Program aides.
The board hired Krystine DaCorte, Amanda Muehlberg, Tessa Weidner and Brittany Paradee as special education aides.
Muehlberg is also the new assistant volleyball coach at the high school.
Steve Dannaman was approved as the high school girl’s golf coach, and Adam Haston was accepted as a volunteer coach for the high school boy’s golf team.
The board approved a motion for Jane Wilhite, Greenville Elementary School teacher, to take early retirement at the end of the 2018-19 school year and granted her 60 additional sick leave days.
