A single-vehicle accident Friday night, near the intersection of Marydale and Fischer roads in Clinton County, injured a 47-year old man from the Carlyle area.
Further details of the accident were not available from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department, which was notified of the crash at 9:37 p.m.
The Keyesport Fire Protection District first responders were sent to the scene as there was a report the driver of the pickup truck was trapped in the vehicle.
An ARCH medical helicopter was dispatched to take the injured man to a hospital. The accident occurred north of Carlyle.
