The Bond County Fair concludes Tuesday night with the annual big parade, starting at 7 p.m. This year, the Fourth Fest fireworks will be shot off at dusk.
Allan Davis, parade superintendent, said he hopes the weather is nice for this year’s parade. Fair-goers can expect the usual collection of floats, bands, and more. Those involved in the parade should be on the track around 5:30 p.m.

Davis said people in the parade and those watching it should think safety at all times. Those in the parade are asked to have walkers hand out candy, rather than throwing the candy from floats. Parade watchers should stay back off the road and keep an eye on the little ones who are excited to receive candy.
