By a vote of 6 to 0, the committee members agreed to give $3,000 of tourism funds to promote the American Farm Heritage Museum’s Farm Heritage Days, which were held this past weekend. The money was in the tourism budget for the three-day show.

The funds will be used to cover promotion and marketing expenses.

This was the 13th year for Farm Heritage Days.

It was also announced at the meeting that Kami Suess is the new tourism director and Chamber of Commerce director, as of August 1st.
