Walker On City Position

Greenville native Bill Walker took over as Greenville economic development coordinator on July 5.

He told WGEL that there are a lot of great things coming to our town. He said Greenville has a lot of assets and he’s thrilled to have the opportunity to play a role in the city.

After about eight weeks on the job, Walker said it has definitely been a learning experience. He said he’s done a lot of networking with people in the city and he’s excited for the town.
