Greenville police are investigating an attempted home invasion at a residence along College Avenue Tuesday night.
The department was called at 10:21 p.m. and an officer was at the scene in two minutes.
The resident reported two individuals attempted to enter the home through a window. She heard them at a window, but entry was not gained because it was locked.
The resident believed two male subjects were at the house. They were gone by the time police arrived.
