Kraus On Farm Safety


Saturday may have marked the conclusion of Farm Safety Week, but Bond County Farm Bureau Manager Stephanie Kraus says it is important for farmers to always think safety.

Kraus said harvest activity is really picking up at this point of the season and farmers need to be sure to take breaks and make sure they eat and stay hydrated. Everyone – farmers and motorists, alike – should remain alert to avoid accidents.
