Southwestern Electric Cooperative’s 2016 annual meeting was Saturday at the Greenville Junior High school.
WGEL caught up with Alan Libbra, chairman of the SWEC board, just prior to the program. He said the meeting included good news for SWEC members, including stable rates and a good financial picture for the organization.
