Volley For The Cure

The annual Volley For The Cure volleyball match, between Vandalia and Greenville high schools, will be held Thursday, September 29 at the Greenville gymnasium.

It is an opportunity for local residents to help cancer patients.

Alison Hall, Lady Comets head coach, told WGEL that when the match is held in Vandalia, they donate the proceeds to a local program in Vandalia and when it’s in Greenville, the funds stay in this community. She said both communities have been very supportive.

The evening will include a chili supper, silent auction, and more.
