The annual 4-H Achievement Awards program will be held on October 22 at 6 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Greenville. The evening will include a potluck dinner, 4-H will provide the meat and drinks, families are asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share. Following the dinner, awards for the 2015-2016 year will be presented based on awards applications members completed at the end of the 4-H year.
There will also be silent auction for 4-H members who took General Projects last year. Members will have the opportunity to auction off a project, or item related to their project area. This is a great opportunity for community members to purchase original art or other items made by 4-H members.
The public is invited to attend the Achievement Awards program but is asked to call the Extension Office to RSVP at 618-664-3665.
