Soldier Care Packages

Military Moms of Bond County completed its holiday care package project Saturday morning.

Meeting at the Bradford Community Room, volunteers packed items in boxes and wrote out holiday cards to Bond County soldiers.






Military Moms spokesperson Dianah Kuhl Troemel said area residents were generous with their donations.

About 100 packages were mailed to soldiers overseas and in the United States.

Among those assisting Military Moms were members of Benjamin Mills Chapter NSDAR, representatives of Greenville College, and family members of local soldiers.
