Wednesday GES Food Pantry

A free food pantry will be set up Wednesday evening in the Greenville Elementary School gymnasium.

The event is being sponsored by the Illinois Education Association and Greenville Education Association, in conjunction with the Central Illinois Food Bank.

Carisa Bohannon, Unit 2 school nurse, said the pantry has been offered to area residents for three years now and has been good for the community.

The pantry begins Wednesday at 6 PM. Patrons should park in the Junior High parking lot and enter the school through door 12.
