The first of five performances of “White Christmas” at Greenville High School will be Friday night in the auditorium.

Shawn Cox, director of the musical, said the students are ready for the show and things have fallen into place nicely. He said the kids are doing a great job and it will be a great show:

Cox said the audience can expect a lot of dancing as well as beautiful costumes and sets, and great music from the orchestra.

“White Christmas” is set during World War II.

Tickets are available at Watson’s Health Mart Drug Store and the high school office.

The musical will be presented December 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10 at 7 p.m.
