The Greenville Optimist Club is offering two scholarships to 2017 graduates of Bond County Unit 2 High School. They are the Optimist General Scholarship and the Bill Wise Memorial Scholarship.
Recipients will be judged on academic achievement, financial need, extracurricular involvement, and community service. Students entering a field of study emphasizing working with youth will be given propriety. Other criteria include wildlife conservation and involvement with service groups.
