The Illinois Jaycees recently recognized Ashley Driemeyer, age 33, as an honoree of its Outstanding Young Persons of Illinois awards program.
Driemeyer was recognized in the category of Business, Economic and/or Entrepreneurial accomplishment.
She is an owner of Highland’s Farmers Insurance Agency. She opened the agency in 2014 and was recognized as the Rookie of the Year for being the Best Performing Agent in her district.
She is active in PTO, was recently on the Board of Directors for the Bond County Academic Foundation, and is now on the Bond County Unit 2 School Board.
Driemeyer was honored at a banquet Saturday, May 6 in Springfield.
