Elouise Louvier, age 86 of Carlyle, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville.
Mrs. Louvier’s family will greet friends at Zieren Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.
