Jim Peterik, of the Ides of March, got down into the crowd during their "Eye of the Tiger" finale.

The Bond County Bicentennial celebration was very successful over the weekend.

Committee Chairman John Coleman said the Ides of March and the Air Force Band of Mid America put on great shows Sunday. He said everyone enjoyed the parade Sunday afternoon and organizers are delighted at how the weekend turned out.

The Brother Jefferson Band completed the event with a concert on the main stage. Playing during the afternoon were the Civil War Era Regiment Band and the Greenville Municipal Band.
