Halloween themed activities are planned for Saturday, October 28, at the Dam West Campground at Carlyle Lake. Campers are encouraged to decorate their site with a Halloween theme for a chance to win free camping. The Campground costume parade is at 5:30 p.m., a special program about bats is at 6:00 in the West Bay Amphitheater, campground trick-or-treating starts at 6:30, and camp site judging starts at 8:00.
