The 8th annual Downtown Greenville Trunk or Treat is Friday from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
Vehicles will be lined up along Second Street, from Main to Winter.
Curtis Flake, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, located at the south end of the event area, said the church will once again be involved with the successful Trunk or Treat. Flake said the church will serve food and will have a movie playing.

Many local businesses and organizations also participate by giving out treats.
All children are urged to wear their Halloween costumes and attend. In the past, many adults have also dressed up.
