Leaf Vacuum Program

The City of Greenville will begin vacuuming leaves on Monday (October 16).

The program continues through December 15.

Residents do not have to make calls to have their leaves picked up. The city has a schedule when crews visit specific areas.

Monday is for those living south of Ridge Avenue and west of Elm Street to the city limits.

Wednesday is for those living north of Durley Street and east of Elm Street to the north and east city limits.

Friday is for those living between Durley and Ridge streets, east of Elm Street to the east city limits.

Persons should rake their leaves to the edge of the curb or road so the vacuum hose can reach them. Keep piles no higher than 3 feet and make sure sticks, brush and other debris are not in the piles.
