The Greenville Lady Comets are in the championship game of the Columbia Tip-Off Classic Tournament after beating the host team in overtime Thursday night.
The GHS girls grabbed a 59-58 victory to go 2 and 0 for the season.
The Lady Comets led by 3 points at halftime and 7 after three quarters.
Columbia sank a three-point shot at the end of regulation time to send the game into overtime.
Greenville was able to lead throughout overtime.
Top scorers for the winning team were Nancy Fritzsche with 23 points and Megan Hallemann with 17.
The Lady Comets will play Lebanon at 2:30 p.m. Saturday for the tournament championship.
The game will be broadcast on WGEL.
