Davis Votes To Cut Taxes, Wants To Make Cuts Permanent

Congressman Rodney Davis

Representative Rodney Davis voted in favor of the tax reform bill and said the bill cuts taxes for individuals in every income level. He explained the original House bill made the individual tax cuts permanent, but due to limits within the Senate budget reconciliation rules, cuts are set to expire in 2015 if not extended. Davis said he will introduce a separate bill to make the individual tax rates permanent.
