A Mulberry Grove man, charged with murder, has a preliminary hearing scheduled in Fayette County Circuit Court.
David Leroy Bright, age 68, is charged with the alleged September 17, 2017 murder of James Skinner of Brownstown. The preliminary hearing is set for February 13.
Bright faces two counts of murder. The state alleges the defendant struck Skinner in the head with a sledgehammer.
Bright is being held on $1 million bond.
