Current and retired members of the Highland-Pierron Fire Department gathered recently for their annual meeting and awards distribution.
Zack Jenny, Eric Zobrist, Jason Bange, Joe Jackson, and John Clarkin were presented 10-year service awards.
Brad Voss was given a special award to recognize his support of HPFD. Officials said Brad has gone out of his way to help with trainings and public relations events for several years.
Phil Decker was presented with the annual Gold Star Award, presented by the Winter Party Committee.
