Nancy C. Piper, age 86 of Highland, IL, died Saturday, April 07, 2018, at Deceased’s Residence in Highland, IL.
She was born on Friday, September 25, 1931, in Terre Haute, IN, the daughter of William A. and Hazel L. (nee Scott) Mullen.
She married Charles F. Piper, August 28, 1952, who passed away on Sunday, March 06, 2005.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, O’Fallon, IL.
Born and raised at West Terre Haute, IN; graduated from Valley High School, W. Terre Haute. She moved to California to be with her husband who was serving in the US Air Force. After 4 years they moved and lived in many different places because they worked for the Civil Service/Air Force. For 10 years they lived and worked in Germany. After 25 plus years working for the Civil Service they retired and lived at Cherokee Village, Arkansas. They lived there for 12 years and after her husband passed away she moved to Highland, IL, She loved her family and enjoyed bowling, playing Pinochle and Slot Machines; watching the Indiana Pacers Basketball Team and Roger Federer play tennis .

Son – Keith F. Piper, Highland, IL
Grandchildren – Jacob (Michelle) Tesch; Rachel (Glen) Brock; Michaela Tesch; Christopher (finacee-Lauren Feldman) DeSimone; and Annalisa Loranger.
Great Grandchild – Amelia Tesch.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
A Memorial Service will be Friday, April 13, 2018 at 6:00 PM at Faith Lutheran Church, O’Fallon, IL, Pastor Bob Downs, Senior Pastor, officiating.
