You’re invited to a Rydell High Reunion in Greenville on Friday, June 15. Four cast members from “Grease” will be doing a Q & A session and signing autographs prior to the showing of the movie in the Greenville High School auditorium.
Greenville Chamber of Commerce Director Kaley Woker told WGEL this summer marks the film’s 40th anniversary and as part of the celebration, “Grease” is the theme of the 7th Annual Greenville Graffiti Car Show.

This year’s celebrity guests will be Didi Conn (Frenchie), Barry Pearl (Doody), Jamie Donnelly (Jan) and Eddie Deezen (Eugene). This is a return appearance for Deezen, who was a guest at last year’s car show.
The program begins at 6:30 p.m. with the movie scheduled to begin at approximately 7:15 p.m. Tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under. They may be purchased in advance at Watson’s Drug Store and Bradford National Bank or by calling the Chamber office at 664-9272.
Woker said the Greenville Graffiti Car Show, co-sponsored by the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and Greenville Tourism, will follow on Saturday, June 16. She told us registration is from 9 AM to noon and awards will be handed out at 3 PM. There is a $15 entry fee for judging and $7 for display-only. There will be vendors, food, activities for kids, and an autograph session with the celebrities.
