A public meeting to promote recovery from drug usage is scheduled for Sunday at 4 p.m. in the Bond County Health Department.
This is the second such meeting to be held. The first attracted about 70 people.
Michelle Miller, director of the Prairie Counseling Center at the health department, said the meeting is designed to provide information and encourage discussion. It is not a support group.
Topics could include barriers in getting treatment for drug abuse and what the community can do to help.
