Greenville High School senior Daisy Kaplan will continue her cheerleading career at the college level.
Kaplan tried out last week and was successful in making the Oklahoma State University small coed cheer squad.
She has been very active in sports at the high school, receiving a Gold Award by earning 12 letters, eight as a football and basketball cheerleader and four in track.
This school year, Kaplan was named an all-state cheerleader by the Illinois Cheerleading Coaches Association and was honored as an ICCA scholar athlete.
