You Should Receive Bond County Tax Bills Soon

Bond County property owners can expect to receive their tax bills in the next few days.

Bond County Treasurer Katie Weiss told WGEL the bills will be mailed by Friday.

If a property owner receives a bill that should be paid from their escrow account, the bill should be forwarded by the taxpayer to their mortgage lender.

Due dates for tax payments are July 6 for the first installment and September 6 for the second installment.

Payments can be made by mail, at the treasurer’s office at the County Office Building in downtown Greenville or at several local banks including the Bond County National Bank facilities, Bradford National Bank, First National Bank and People’s State Bank.

Those with questions can call the treasurer’s office at 664-0618.
