Allen “Al” K. Miller, age 76 of Keyesport, IL, died Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at his residence.
He was born September 08, 1941, in Bloomfield, MO, the son of Ralph and Pearl (nee Southerland) Miller.
On December 06, 1982, he married Pansy Y. Chang at Las Vegas, NV. She survives in Keysport, IL .
He was a member of Faith Baptist Church-Highland, Illinois.
Al was born and grew up in southern Missouri, in Stoddard County near Bloomfield. At age 12 years he and his family moved to St. Louis, MO. Later they moved to northern Illinois. He served with the US Navy from 1961 to 1965. Most of his life he worked in the restaurant business. He and his wife in 1983, founded Al & Yenping Restaurant in Highland, IL. They owned and operated it until 1999. He also worked for ATS transportation Service in Belleville, Illinois, retiring in mid 2000’s. Al loved woodworking, remodeling his home, yard work and fishing.

Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL.
Memorial Services will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at Faith Baptist Church in Highland, IL, with Rev. Leonard E. Pye officiating.
Interment will be at West Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO at a later date.
