The Bond County Health Department and HSHS Holy Family Hospital are providing a Back to School Health Clinic July 24 and 31, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., in the health department.
Children of all ages may get dental exams, immunizations, and back to school physicals. This is a great opportunity to get all your child’s back-to-school requirements taken care of in one day for free or at a reduced cost.
Appointments are necessary for physicals and recommended for immunizations by calling 664-1442, ext. 126.
